About Me

Joshua is no stranger to Central Kentucky. He grew up in Versailles, KY, in the Compound as his family has called it and graduated from Woodford County High School in 2019. He ventured down the road just a couple of miles and attended Transylvania University where he graduated in 2023 obtaining an accounting and business management degree. Growing up with parents who were never afraid of a project and gleaning from HGTV, Joshua has passionately designed and renovated homes in Central Kentucky. Joshua is excited to help you “Build” your life here in the Bluegrass through buying, selling, renovating, and designing.
