About Me

I was born in a country that—fortunately—no longer exists on the map: the Soviet Union. In my American passport, my place of birth is listed as Russia, but I grew up, fi nished school, and earned my Master’s degree in Ukraine. At university, I studied literature and linguistics. After graduating, I moved to Moscow, where I worked as a schoolteacher and genuinely loved my job. In 1991, my husband received an invitation to come to Lexington to work as a chess coach.

That invitation eventually turned into a green card, and later—citizenship. We’ve lived in Lexington ever since, and it has become home in the truest sense of the word. We now proudly love college basketball, horse racing, fried green tomatoes, and bluegrass music—proof that full assimilation is possible. I’ve been fortunate to explore many different paths. While my husband provided stability, I tried my hand at a variety of pursuits: trading stocks using a mathematical strategy, playing poker, managing our family business, and teaching. I enjoyed all of it. In 2008, I realized I wanted a deeper understanding of how real estate works, how to buy property, invest wisely, and build long-term value. I earned my real estate license, and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.

Today, I bring a broad life experience, analytical thinking, and a deep appreciation for people’s stories to every transaction—along with a calm, steady approach and a sense of humor when it’s needed most.
