Joey is an excellent agent. He listened to what I was looking for in a home and sent me homes that he knew I would like. He was always available to answer any question I had. He was very patient with me looking at multiple homes before finally deciding on the one. He made my first home buying experience easy and stress free.

2023: Three years after buying my house, I decided to sell my home as I was moving out of the state. Joey and Justin made the process so easy and answered any and all questions that I had no matter the time of day. Justin ensured I was up to date with how the showings were going and worked overtime to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend this group enough. We loved working with this group finishing our basement. They were able to complete the project in a timely manner. Team members, Justin and Maria were easy and prompt with communication. All of the contractors were courteous and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone for home projects! They made the basement of our dreams! I met Maria through a mutual friend (and former client of hers). My friend had nothing but amazing things to say about her. Let me say, they are right.

We interviewed a few real estate agents before picking one.
We were first time homebuyers during the most chaotic real estate market yet. Before even looking at the first home, Maria set up a meet & greet to learn more about us and our needs. She concisely answered any questions that we had. When I asked how many other clients she had looking for homes similar to us, she told me that she doesn't take multiple clients looking for the same thing. WHAT A RELIEF. We were already competing with so many others for homes, so it was a true gift to have our realtor looking only for us when houses within our parameters came available.

While we looked at many houses, not all were ones that Maria suggested. I love that she has an approach to show us the homes we want to see even if she knows it won't be the right one for us. We had to learn for ourselves, and this really helped to build trust in Maria.

In the midst of buying our first home, we were also planning a wedding. Maria was not only a realtor, but a true friend. When wedding planning and house hunting at the same time became too stressful, she worked diligently to find houses and would check in with us just to see how we were doing.

Post house buying, Maria keeps in contact with her clients and truly makes them feel like you have made a great friend in the process. If I need a referral for a home repair, she is the first person that I contact.

My wife and I worked with Maria Gillette to help us relocate to Kentucky from out-of-state.  We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with her.  She was instrumental in helping us secure our home in a competitive bidding process and even worked with us in a general contractor capacity when we undertook several renovations to our home following our purchase.  She has a guy/gal for everything; plumbers, electricians, cabinets.  I knew that when I reached out to her with something she'd have an answer for me as soon as she was able to respond, and she helped connect me with several great contractors that did quality work.  We couldn't have done it without her!  She is an incredibly hard worker and has a great eye for architecture, design and quality - a real asset to anyone taking a thorough look at a home.
