About Me

Alyssa moved to Lexington in 2023 to attend the University of Kentucky, where she is studying Integrated Strategic Communication. She discovered her passion for strategic communication at a young age and has continued to grow it through leadership, hands-on experience, and a strong desire to learn. During her time at UK, Alyssa founded the ISC Association, a professional development and networking organization supporting students pursuing careers in communication and marketing.

She joined Building the Bluegrass in 2025 and enjoys learning under experienced leadership while contributing to the company’s marketing and brand efforts. Outside of work, she enjoys curling up with a good book and spending time with friends and family. Alyssa plans to graduate in 2027 and looks forward to continuing her work with the team as the Lord allows.
